Q. Can I return my shoes?
A. Yes, we are pleased to accept any return or exchange

YO11 2QL. We include a returns label with all our deliveries. The cost
of returns is borne by you. Simply attach the label to your parcel and take to your
nearest post office. We advise that you send returns via signed for postage so you
can track your return. There is no need to contact us when posting a return. You
will receive an email when your return is processed. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks
to reach your bank account.
Q. What if my shoes are damaged?
Unworn:
Returned items that are unworn / unused will be refunded Unworn items with stones
missing can in most occasions be rectified easily. If not, we are happy to refund
your purchase.
Worn:
Items with missing stones that have been used are not faulty. It is the nature of
the delicate product and items should be worn with care. Where a product is damaged
in some other way e.g. sole coming away from its upper. We must send the shoe to
the manufactures for their analysis. We will then act upon their decision.
