- Orders placed before 12pm should arrive within 2 Days.
- Occasionally an item may be sourced from store stock and this can take up to 7 days for delivery.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday or throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered at the earliest Tuesday.
- If an online order has been placed for multiple items, you may receive separate deliveries.
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend or bank holiday deliveries at the moment.

How will my parcel be delivered?
- Do You Like My Shoes delivers goods in UK (including Northern Ireland) by ParcelForce - www.parcelforce.co.uk and in The Republic of Ireland by DPD - www.dpd.co.uk.
- When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.
- If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
What if I want to return an item?
- Please note from the date goods are received, we offer a 14-day return period for unworn purchases.
- For full information please refer to your despatch note and documents included in your delivery.
To post goods back to us:
- Customers should keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.
- Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.
- There is no need to telephone us when sending a return
- Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund
- Attach the postage label provided to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please contact Customer Relations on 01723 353888 for a replacement.
- Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office to send your goods back to us.
- The Post Office should always provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt, we recommend you retain this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel.
To return at a Do You Like My Shoes Store:
- You will have to produce the original copy of your despatch note as your proof of purchase
- Refunds can only be processed on the same card used to make the purchase.
- Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you post goods back to us for an exchange, we cannot stop the payer knowing.
- Store returns can only be made in Do You Like My Shoes stores, at present we are NOT able to accept returns for orders made online in any of our concessions.
Does Do You Like My Shoes ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this option. Each order can only be despatched in full to the delivery address you selected when you ordered the goods.
Which countries do you deliver to?
- Currently we only deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and Ireland.
- For deliveries to the Channel Islands please select the country reference Channel Island not Great Britain against your delivery address.
- For deliveries to Ireland please select the country reference Ireland against your delivery address.
- We are not able to offer international deliveries except those listed above and would like to apologise for any disappointment this might cause.
